Pedram - Founding Partner

Pedram is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA Australia) with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Manchester. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of New South Wales and has over 15 years of cross-industry experience working in senior finance and operational roles. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, reading, and football.

Balaji - Founding Partner

Balaji is a qualified management accountant (India and Australia) with an MBA from The University of Manchester in the UK. He has 25 years of experience working with global leading companies in India, the Middle East, and Australia.Balaji enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, and reading.

Nandu - Senior consultant

Nandu holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Certified Management Accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial accounting, costing, budgeting, financial system and process design and implementation. He is well versed in ERP implementation, MIS, as well as statutory and internal audits that span multiple industries. Nandu is an avid reader and enjoys sports, as well as listening to music and religious discourse.

Ruwanthi - Senior consultant

Ruwanthi is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA UK). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Colombo with first class honours, and has 15 years of experience across various industries in financial planning & analysis. She has also held management roles in Australia, the United Arab Emirates, and Sri Lanka. Ruwanthi enjoys spending time with her family, playing the piano, and exploring new countries.

Nirmala - Consultant

Nirmala holds a Master of Commerce and is a Certified Management Accountant (US). She has over 10 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting and month-end reporting. She enjoys sketching and teaching.

Bana - PR & Communications

Bana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science from Concordia University in Canada and a Master of Public Relations and Advertising from the University of New South Wales in Australia. She enjoys baking, photography, and has a passion for all things nature.

Danya - Consultant

Danya is a qualified Chartered Accountant (India) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA Australia) with more than five years of experience in financial accounting and audit. She loves dancing.

Hamsini - Consultant

Hamsini is a qualified Chartered Accountant (India). She has over five years of experience working with a Big 4 accounting firm in multiple areas, primarily International Tax and Regulation. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, music, and expanding her culinary skills.

Priya - Associate

Priya holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters Programme in International Business (MPIB). She has over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping, financial accounting and month-end reporting. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and listening to music.

Ravi - Associate

Ravi holds a Bachelor of Commerce and has over 30 years of experience in financial accounting, banking, budgeting, auditing, payroll, taxation and foreign trade. He is a movie buff and enjoys cricket and reading.

Poorvi - Associate

Poorvi holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. She has undertaken an internship at EY and holds a certificate from the National Institute of Securities Markets in Securities Risk Management. Reading, painting and music are some of the areas that interest her.

Harippriya - Associate

Harippriya holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration with five years of experience in accounts receivable and audit support. She enjoys cooking, listening to music and reading.

Bhuvana - Junior associate

Bhuvana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and is also pursuing an MBA from IUBH in Germany. She has over two years of experience in estimation, designing and month-end reporting. She enjoys listening to music and dancing.

Sreeja- Junior associate

Sreeja holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master’s of Commerce (Finance and Control). She has completed an internship at Muthalamada Service Co-operative Bank. She enjoys listening to music and dancing.

Aishwarya - Junior associate

Aishwarya holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration in Finance. She has five years of experience in transaction processing services. She is interested in social work and her hobbies are baking, listening to music, and spending time with her pets.

Sumanth- Junior associate

Sumanth holds a Master of Commerce and is also pursuing an MBA in Financial Management. He has over two years of experience in academics and research. He enjoys cycling, photography, and pencil sketching.

Rakshana - Junior associate

Rakshana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration – Honors from Christ University in India. She is an active participant in social projects and plays football and kabbadi. She is also a Zumba instructor.

Swetha- Junior associate

Swetha has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. She enjoys art, cooking, and listening to music.
